We had to have a door replaced due to a collision. Gerber did a GREAT job with it, we couldn't believe it when we saw the new door. You can't even tell anything happened! Fantastic work. My only complaint is how long the repairs took to be completed (twice as long as originally expected), but I'm given to understand the delay was caused by a parts issue. Extreme lack of communication; did not provide any updates, from drop off to 2 1/2 weeks after drop off was never given an estimate when car would be finished, I called very frequently to obtain updates and was never provided a clear answer when it would be finished, if the phone was even answered. Minor paint/dent damage to roof and sunroof replacement. Very frustrating experience and would not recommend.
I had very minor damage to my liftgate. It could have gone 2 ways...buff out and be good OR do the whole process of doing full repair which would have been $1,500.00. Stephanie, estimator, gave me the option. I thought the buffing looked great! They could have just told me that the FULL repair was the only solution. I highly recommend Gerber ❤️
Worst communication ever, and not even a return call as requested from management. Unfortunate.
Had a bad experience working with the shop through my insurance claim. They used after market parts that didn't fit correctly and gave me "new" headlights that appeared to be from a 30 year old car. I understand they use what they insurance says to at first but when I picked up the car they just handed me the keys without saying anything. I looked it over real quick and told them I am not accepting this. They took it back and fixed it so it took twice as long to get done.
