Had a bad experience working with the shop through my insurance claim. They used after market parts that didn't fit correctly and gave me "new" headlights that appeared to be from a 30 year old car. I understand they use what they insurance says to at first but when I picked up the car they just handed me the keys without saying anything. If I could give 10 stars I would! This was my first time getting collision work done and Regina, Tony, and the whole staff made this entire experience a breeze! I cannot recommend this place highly enough!
The worst experience I had getting my truck repaired. If you like repair drama, this is your place. Just have the Illinois corporate number on hand, you’ll need it.
If I could give them a 10/5 stars I would. They made the process of getting my truck fixed simple and quick. Customer service and updates on the vehicle were fantastic and daily. When I picked my truck up it look like nothing ever happened to it. I was also pleasantly surprised when I got inside my truck and realized they detained the inside for me and also gave it a car wash. Would 110% recommend them.
