The worst experience I had getting my truck repaired. If you like repair drama, this is your place. Just have the Illinois corporate number on hand, you’ll need it.
If I could give them a 10/5 stars I would. They made the process of getting my truck fixed simple and quick. Customer service and updates on the vehicle were fantastic and daily. When I picked my truck up it look like nothing ever happened to it. I was also pleasantly surprised when I got inside my truck and realized they detained the inside for me and also gave it a car wash. Would 110% recommend them.
Absolutely horrible experience! Not friendly or professional. You walk in, no one says hi how can I help you? Just look at you like they have never seen a person before. I would never recommend this place to anyone!! I only put 1 star because I can't do zero? Left caps off and everything, then told me they weren't going to fix their mistakes.
After a minor accident my insurance said to take my car here, so I took my car in December 13 and was told it was going to be done and ready for pick up on the 7th. The 7th comes and I called them because they lack common communication skills to even let me know what time. The first call I was put on hold then to voicemail and the second call I was told they had ordered new parts the 6th and was never given an update on when it'll be ready. Dropped my car off October 28th didn’t get it back until January 3rd. Still missing the wheel molding but was told to come back when the part arrives. They threw the old dirty wheel molding in my back seat instead of in the trash where it belonged. I’m missing part of my door handle which I still don’t understand why they took it off since that had nothing to do with what was being fixed and now my tire pressure sensor is malfunctioning which I believe they broke it off when putting my front tire back on my car.
