I had very minor damage to my liftgate. It could have gone 2 ways...buff out and be good OR do the whole process of doing full repair which would have been $1,500.00. Stephanie, estimator, gave me the option. I thought the buffing looked great! They could have just told me that the FULL repair was the only solution. I highly recommend Gerber ❤️
Worst communication ever, and not even a return call as requested from management. Unfortunate.
Had a bad experience working with the shop through my insurance claim. They used after market parts that didn't fit correctly and gave me "new" headlights that appeared to be from a 30 year old car. I understand they use what they insurance says to at first but when I picked up the car they just handed me the keys without saying anything. I looked it over real quick and told them I am not accepting this. They took it back and fixed it so it took twice as long to get done. If I could give 10 stars I would! This was my first time getting collision work done and Regina, Tony, and the whole staff made this entire experience a breeze! I cannot recommend this place highly enough!
