DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE! I would not recommend bringing my car to this place. My car was brought in with a front end/drivers side tire area damage. They told me it was ready to pick up. Someone drove the car from the back to the front and somehow didn't notice that it desperately needed an alignment. They claimed that their policy is if there's no suspension damage, then they don't do an alignment. When it was brought in the steering wheel was almost turned up at a 90° angle! They finished the work on my truck so fast and when I went to pick up my truck, it looked like it was brand new again. You would never know it had anybody damage. Customer service was great and my truck was given back to me cleaner than I left it. I can’t say enough good things about this Gerber location.
Friendly staff and they even called the rent a car for us. Kept us informed of the progress. We honestly had to do nothing but drop off our vehicle. I will recommend Gerber Collision in Utica to anyone that needs repairs and they even do glass. Outstanding staff. Thank you for making this process so easy for us.
