They even picked me up from home, and I don't help me get my vehicle back home and I didn't have an extra driver during and after repairs. So that was huge for me
My experience with Gerber Collision was amazing! They picked me up & dropped me off in my car so I could take care of this with my children! They made sure I could keep my car until the last minute and they only had my car a couple of days. The work was impressive and they cleaned my car inside & out! It was not necessary but incredibly appreciated!! The price I paid could’ve been so much higher so I really appreciate the path taken to keep my costs down. All in all - a great experience
I can't say enough wonderful things about this company. Very professional, courteous and amazing turn around time for getting my Highlander fixed. The communication from both Christine and Steve was stellar and I will recommend anyone who needs collision work to go see them at the Van Dyke location for Gerber.
Upset with service and Customer Service part two Manager could be a little bit more personal. I suggest you take pictures of your vehicle yourself. Wait for written estimate before you leave there. A young lady that writes up the vehicles is very good. She’s very personal, but she wasn’t there the day I came to pick the vehicle up. Do your research wonder why they’re slow.
