I can't say enough wonderful things about this company. Very professional, courteous and amazing turn around time for getting my Highlander fixed. The communication from both Christine and Steve was stellar and I will recommend anyone who needs collision work to go see them at the Van Dyke location for Gerber.
Upset with service and Customer Service part two Manager could be a little bit more personal. I suggest you take pictures of your vehicle yourself. Wait for written estimate before you leave there. A young lady that writes up the vehicles is very good. She’s very personal, but she wasn’t there the day I came to pick the vehicle up. Do your research wonder why they’re slow.
