They finished the work on my truck so fast and when I went to pick up my truck, it looked like it was brand new again. You would never know it had anybody damage. Customer service was great and my truck was given back to me cleaner than I left it. I can’t say enough good things about this Gerber location.
Friendly staff and they even called the rent a car for us. Kept us informed of the progress. We honestly had to do nothing but drop off our vehicle. I will recommend Gerber Collision in Utica to anyone that needs repairs and they even do glass. Outstanding staff. Thank you for making this process so easy for us.
Had my car trunk repaired and painted here a couple of years ago couldn’t have been better service or pricing. I had a small issue and they rectified it immediately. I highly recommend coming here.
