I had to travel from Ohio to Florida and a piece of wheel trim came loose on my Honda CRV. A Gerber location was close to where I was staying and I had ordered the part from Honda so I just popped in to see if I could make an appointment to get it installed. Joe the General Manager came out and took a quick look and asked me if I had 10 minutes to spare and he'd put it on. Great service
The minor bodywork was average but took much longer than average to complete. They damaged all of the lug nuts on one wheel. After coming to a conclusion about the lug nuts, they finally replaced them with non OEM parts, which didn’t even match the other three wheels. Estimator was very condescending and on the company side and did not make me feel like she was trying to help me through this process.
