It’s never fun being involved in a car accident, but I will say that every single person I spoke with here was a delight and they made things run smoothly while working on my estimates with insurance
This team was a pleasure to work with. From front desk to estimator to repair. Constant clear communication on next steps etc. Not that I ever want bring a car in for repair after a wreck but if it happens again I’m going to Gerber. Would recommend 100%
Went there to get accident damage repaired. I work, so have limited time I could drop off my car. Apparently their management decided that the middle of morning rush hour was a good time to hold a staff meeting everyday so I couldn’t drop off a car until 9:30… hub? Good thinking, let’s be totally unavailable to our customers who work for a living in any way that might be convenient… lol. Went to a normal body shop that didn’t put meetings over customers
My husband came in for an inspection, we got approval on the inspection from Allstate. He then made an appointment to drop off the car, Gerber is open at 8am so it's perfect for him to drop it off on his way to work and get the rental car. He was told he has to come back at 9:30am to drop if off so they can do a second inspection to make sure nothing else happened to the car from the first inspection done days before. Gerber broke the steering gear on my 2022 GMC Sierra 2500. The truck is still at the dealership being repaired.I would never use Gerber ever again. Please do not try to contact me Gerber.You never contacted me.
