NO COMMUNICATION AGAIN ON MAY 2 as response stated. SAD BUSINESS. . Have not heard any updates on alleged back order on my grill. Oh wait I have contacts and advised I can get it in days with no success from Gerber Branch Manager. I am forgotten have them having my vehicle since initially beginning of Nov 2024 till Jan 3,2025. It’s never fun being involved in a car accident, but I will say that every single person I spoke with here was a delight and they made things run smoothly while working on my estimates with insurance
This team was a pleasure to work with. From front desk to estimator to repair. Constant clear communication on next steps etc. Not that I ever want bring a car in for repair after a wreck but if it happens again I’m going to Gerber. Would recommend 100%
