I was very pleased with the service and repairs that were done on my car. They did a great job. Everyone was very kind and helpful from Holly at the front desk to Dave who went over the damage and explained the repairs that needed to be done. They were also very good at keeping me informed on the progress of the repairs. I will definitely go there again if needed and have recommended them to others. I went to the Gerber Collision and Glass on 41 in Venice Florida.
Very nice and knowledgeable there. We had an appointment there and they checked the car damage over with us and caught the damage that Progressive missed. They had to call the representative back in. They under shot me a price hoping I would cash the check. I wanted my car fixed. I am not out for the money like Progressive was hoping. They had to give me way more for my car to get fixed. Gerber has great communication on the process of the my car and what's being done on the car via text. Bravo Gerber!!
