The two individuals I met and had all my dealings with were ‘Holly’ (the receptionist), and ‘Josh’ (an estimator). They were both very kind, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, communicative, and highly professional. My experience with GERBER was beyond exceptional. I had to travel from Ohio to Florida and a piece of wheel trim came loose on my Honda CRV. A Gerber location was close to where I was staying and I had ordered the part from Honda so I just popped in to see if I could make an appointment to get it installed. Joe the General Manager came out and took a quick look and asked me if I had 10 minutes to spare and he'd put it on. Sure enough 10 minutes later he brought my Honda back around with the new wheel trim installed AND DID NOT CHARGE ME FOR THIS SERVICE. This is a busy plac... read more
