Not sure how one would get their vehicle repaired there. I can't even get someone on the phone. Was on hold for 6 minutes 48 seconds. Someone picked up. I said 3 words and was put on hold again. Called a 2nd time. Holding now for 4 minutes and counting.....

I just picked up my truck on Friday 11/14 and was amazed at the quality work performed by the professional team at Gerber Collision in Venice, FL. The two individuals I met and had all my dealings with were ‘Holly’ (the receptionist), and ‘Josh’ (an estimator).
