Mark made this appointment incredibly hassle free and as smooth as it could of been. I appreciate Gerber Collision going above and beyond like they did. I'm not going to give specifics so they aren't taken advantage of but they definitely relieved an absolute truckload of stress. I have always had good interactions with Gerber Collision. Poor customer service from their Customer Service Manager. A simple misunderstanding of payment with the insurance company was exacerbated by their CSM sending their first communication to us in an accusatory and unprofessional manner, with threats of being sent to collections when we didn’t even know there was an issue. As soon as the issue was addressed we responded and resolved it. Never EVER take your vehicle here! They will rip you off they quoted me $766 to fix a mirror on a Malibu. So I took it down the road to Pfeiffer Collision and they did it for $300 and had it done in 30 minutes. Take your business to somewhere they value customers not this place.
Ill never use gerber collision again they got my claim denied over stuff they dont know and i has to pay out of pocket for my repairs. Going to caliber from now on
Took my car here to be fixed after a small accident and had more issues after the fact. I had a squeaking noise every time I drove and no one could figure out the problem. I took it apart myself and realized multiple bolts were missing which caused metal parts of the car to rub against each other. I made a claim and was told it would be looked into.
