Ill never use gerber collision again they got my claim denied over stuff they dont know and i has to pay out of pocket for my repairs. Going to caliber from now on
Took my car here to be fixed after a small accident and had more issues after the fact. I had a squeaking noise every time I drove and no one could figure out the problem. I took it apart myself and realized multiple bolts were missing which caused metal parts of the car to rub against each other. I made a claim and was told it would be looked into. They do a good job and keep you informed.
Got my car fixed by Gerber and I noticed they never fixed my exhaust pipe. It’s still bent and they never said nothing about it.
