My car looks fabulous. They said it could take up to 2 weeks and they were finished with it in 6 days. They hand washed the car afterwards and even cleaned the mats. This is my first experience with a body shop and I was pleased with the service, follow-up, communication. Thank you.
Of course no one wants to need auto body work. ...My experience with Gerber, ( recommended by my Allstate agent,) was a bit dicey during a change of staff. The original manager Dan, was a lifesaver for me by reattaching my driver's side door and making me road safe immediately after a hit and run incident.
