Terrible experience, particularly the amount of time it took and the communication from Gerber. The timeline: 5/10: I accidentally rear end someone (at low speed, ~2 mph) in our van. It sustains minor damage to the hood (warped and scratched) and front grate (cracked). 5/11: I book an appointment with Gerber for 5/18. Been little over a year since my repair and I was originally happy, but the more I actually studied my car itself they did a really poor job
Had our vehicle there December 2025. Staff was friendly at first. Body work was satisfactory. Paint was inferior. Did not match factory vehicle color and when I brought that up, they tried to change the subject. Then came the excuses. Rather than say “we will make it right” like any reputable business would, I was shoved out the door. I advise not to use these guys. I will not return but that could change if they make this right.
