My issue with this location is the lack of urgency and consideration to repair my car and return it back to me in a timely manner. I dropped off my car on 12/19/24. On 12/30/24, I was given an est. completion date of 1/10/25. Three weeks later, I still don't have my car. I understand delays happen with part deliveries, but why is it that when the partner facility Gerber sent my car to tells them all the parts they would need to complete the repair in advance, Gerber only sends them half? My car came back looking like new! LOGAN AND EVERYONE VEY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. kept me informed every day on the progress. I would highly recommend them to friends and anyone looking for a super repair ! I would give 10 stars+++ if I could!
Work was done quickly, expertly and at a lower price that I expected. This was my first experience with Gerber and the first time I've ever said that about an auto body company. Logan is fantastic!
