They were recommended by USAA, scheduled the drop off date and within 2 weeks the repair was done. We had an issue but it was handled quickly with no questions asked. I highly recommend them.
I picked up my BMW 750Li on the day the shop estimated it would be complete and that's a plus for me. The repair completed by Gerber made my vehicle look just like new again. They really took great care of it when it was in the shop. When I picked it up, it was clean inside and out. The staff was super friendly and explained everything I needed to know from start to finish. There were routine updates throughout the repair process, so there was no need to call them. I recommend this repair facility.

We have used the services of Gerber in Somerville, AL, and the location on Jordan Lane in Huntsville, AL. Both locations were awesome. I highly recommend this company. The repairs were done in a timely manner, employees were polite and respectful, and they communicate status updates almost daily via text.
