They are slow and rude. They do not have the capability to match paint colors the parts they put on don't match the color of your car. Don't go here save yourself alot of time. I chose this place because State Farm said it was a preferred shop but than I found out because they use all used cheap parts. BEWARE Picked up my Jeep today and now my car is two different colors light on the bumper and fenders totally don't match the rest of the car and the guy told him that was normal none match? What? Gerber always did what they said, I've used Gerber Collision in Grand Rapids and Cadillac, and both are great. Thank you to the Cadillac Gerber Collision for fixing my vehicle and always keeping me updated.
The staff are great people, I can’t say enough good things about them. I ended up getting rear ended in my truck, brought it to them and I couldn’t be happier with the whole process. They kept me up to date on everything and did a great job. I highly recommend them for any body work you need.
I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Gerber Collision. From the time I dropped my truck off, to picking it up I was always kept up to date on the progress of the repairs. Great group of people that work there, I highly recommend them. Thanks for everything and I will be spreading the word.
Do not go here. They do the bare minimum and take forever! The work they did ok my car, didn't last maybe 6 months, and something was wrong with it.
