Terrible customer service. All I wanted was a simple quote to replace my driver-side mirror. You’d think I asked the guy to paint the entire truck with a toothbrush. He acted like I was inconveniencing him or trying to scam him. I really wish I had gotten his name so I could report him to corporate. Don’t waste your time with this place—they clearly don’t care about people paying out of pocket and seem only interested in insurance jobs. Avoid if you expect to be treated with basic respect.
The staff was kind, courteous, and professional. They were very considerate and caring when it came to the repairs of my vehicle. They worked directly with the insurance and the rental company, making the process super easy. The repairs were completed promptly and the work was quality. They went above and beyond to meet my expectations. I highly recommend.
