Very nice people. I did have to take my car back because some sensors were not working after they repaired my van, but they arranged to pick my van up and return it it to me around my schedule.
My experience here was absolutely horrible if I could put negative stars I would. Specifically the MANAGER Leo is horribly rude and very possibly racist. My father tried working w him for over a month and his experience was extremely unsatisfactory, my father did not speak the best English and they sadly tried to take advantage of that. They kept my car in their shop for over 30 days and on the date they promised to have the vehicle done they had used aftermarket parts and did very lazy workmanship leaving huge gaps between ... read more

My experience with Gerber Collision & Glass was absolutely terrible. The customer service was awful, and they failed to deliver on every aspect of the repair process. My car sat at their shop for days, and they didn’t even touch it! No work was done, and when I picked it up, the car wasn’t even cleaned. The representative, Lio, was completely unhelpful and showed no effort to resolve the situation.
