they took over 3weeks to do simple repairs on my car, they could not get the low tire out on the mileage cluster out. had to bring car to car dealer to repair the reason was gerber used after market tire sensors on my car. nissan had to replace with new sensors at my cost of $1100 I will notify my car ins. comp. for a refund since they sent my car to them,
I don’t normally write reviews but this place deserves it. My car needed repair and Gerber was so on top of everything. They kept us updated every step of the way with the status of our vehicle and even DELIVERED our car back to us AND returned our rental car for us. Then the added bonus: they also vacuumed and wiped down the inside of the car. It looks great!
I had the misfortune to have someone hit me and leave the scene. I brought my car here to Gerber. Steve and Leo were amazing. My car looks great. They kept me informed everyday of the work status. I advise everyone to give them a chance. You can’t always pay attention to bad reviews. People have bad days and take it out on others. I’m glad I gave them a chance. This is my first ever 1-star review and I feel I need to let people know…I brought my vehicle to this repair center after a minor fender bender, as it was recommended by State Farm. The damage was minimal—just a small crack in the bumper. However, from the very beginning, I had concerns. The staff seemed more focused on the age and mileage of my vehicle (2015 with over 150k miles) than the actual damage. Insurance company referred me to Gerber Collision and Glass and I couldn't be happier with the work they performed on my car. The team at Gerber went above and beyond what they needed to do to my car. They fixed 2 small door dings in LF fender when it wasn't from the accident. Paint matches great and the door ding covers got replaced as well. Will definitely recommend to family and friends. Keep up the great work.
