My car was taken here after being involved in an accident because my insurance company said it’s one of their “preferred locations”. It took 2 1/2 weeks just to get an estimate. Communication was horrible on their end and the 2 times I called them to get an update (because they weren’t giving me any) I was given inaccurate information and had to correct them.
