Unbelievable, I had my vehicle there and they returned it to me with a bad alternator, they replaced the battery!!! Then said it's the age of my vehicle, if you get Chad .. beware.
Had previous work done and just had bumper work done. Great job as always and a bit cheaper than expected which is a bonus.

I went to them because we were in network with insurance got my car back major alignment issues in the steering wheel never had an issue w my steering told me “it’s just wear and tear” and that i have to pay out of pocket for it? took it to another place had to reclaim the insurance car care in rockford told me the only way the damage could’ve happened is the collision and is fixing it for half the price they told me to go they also told me they’d give me a rental and the receptionist was rude when i asked about it when i fo... read more
