My repair was delayed because they didn’t have enough supplies? I mean what is going on with this shop? I’ve had a few cars repaired here and never had issues they were top notch repairs and now the manager tells me they are delayed because they don’t have enough supplies? This is ridiculous. I have known Pawel and the other techs for years I can’t believe they have to go through this when they’re awesome techs. That man’s running the shop to the ground.
The techs did a great job on our car, Jake was great and very patient at explaining everything to my wife and I but our issue was with the manager Don. He was standoffish and looked at us with disdain whenever speaking to us. Then before leaving we heard him mutter some slurs about us being Asian. We thought his behavior was bizarre because we didn’t give them any problems and that he looked oddly familiar. The rubber molding on the roof of my car was coming loose. Estimator Jake Cwenar took the car in and glued it down and didn't charge. Amazing 15 minutes later I was on my way. Just a note I have had body work done at this location years ago and that repair has held up and was well done as well. Thank you! Audrey
This Gerber team at this shop is exceptional: Klaudia, Jake, and Don. They helped me through a very difficult, stressful time with my Volkswagen Tiguan that was damaged by a U-Haul. They answered all of my questions numerous times throughout the entire process. They patiently waited until I had communication from U-Haul in getting the repairs completed.
