Such great experience at the 1880 LaSelle Ave, Naperville location! Jake was super helpful-he answered all my questions nicely even though it was outside of his work hours-I came almost at the closing time. Thank you, Jake, for your professionalism!
I like my car was done fast did not like that wen it was time to leave they ware in front of my giving sum there car back just did like they made me wait to leave don't like being anyware long then I have to more of a pay and go time of guy not a pay and sit tipe of guy lol
I was trying to back in my 3rd car garage with this huge SVU and hit the bumper. I came in to these guy and they fixed it!!!! Free of charge, put everything back in place. And refused a tip. WHO DOES THAT?!!! THEY MUST HAVE A LOVE FOR THIS BUSINESS THANK YOU Gerber Collision
My repair was delayed because they didn’t have enough supplies? I mean what is going on with this shop? I’ve had a few cars repaired here and never had issues they were top notch repairs and now the manager tells me they are delayed because they don’t have enough supplies? This is ridiculous. I have known Pawel and the other techs for years I can’t believe they have to go through this when they’re awesome techs. That man’s running the shop to the ground.
