The Lasalle location was very nice from the reception to the other mechanics definitely definitely appreciate the work and great customer service.
If there was a way to rate this shop in Naperville with zero stars I totally would. I’ve had nothing but problems. I scheduled to have my windshield replaced on Monday the 19th, received a call this morning at seven saying that my windshield actually is not in and they have no idea when it will be in, do I wanna go ahead and go with the aftermarket windshied. The repair work was exceptional. The staff was polite, informative and provided me with weekly updates. And as a bonus, the car was completed one week ahead of schedule. I would highly recommend Gerber Collision and Glass.
