Customer service.This location has set the bar, my daughter and friends were driving home from Chicago. In the snowstorm, thank you so much. I'm not going to and wound up hitting a curb after filling up on fuel. Car was picked up by another company and this is where it started, I spoke with Robin she stated that they had not received the car. She said let me make a few calls, less then 5 she found it. Pleasantly told me they can set my appointment....but it's 45 days away to start. Ridiculous! Had to change my surgery because I would have no vehicle if they have it. Crazy. Not happy at all. Surgeries aren't always easy to reschedule. Would give 0 stars if available

We brought our truck in for a front end/bumper fix after having been sprayed by rocks on a country road. The entire front end was covered in paint chips and a trim piece was broken. We brought the truck in and was told it would be done in 2 weeks. In 2 weeks we called to see how it was going and to see when we could pick it up, only to find out it wasn't even touched yet.
