I was very happy with the insurance work that they did on my car.
The customer service at Gerber Collision was extremely helpful. They kept me updated on the status of the repairs to my vehicle. They were able to complete repairs as stated in their text messages and I am very happy with the results.
It took too long for the repairs and my vehicle sat there for almost 2 weeks before the repairs even began. The only communication that I received about my repairs were through text messages that I could not reply to. I called the shop several to speak with my advisor and never received a callback. The only time that I spoke with someone was when I called for an update. I received 4 estimated completion dates.
