Putting my warning on all local gerbers. Maybe it will save someone’s car. This is the acutal location that got me. They are saying it had structural damage I WAS DRIVING IT BACK AND FOURTH TO WORK. They had to deem it un driveable to get the rush estimate. Long story short: I believe my car was totaled through gerber in collusion to have it fixed elsewhere for resale. Excellent service and follow up!
I have mixed feelings about my repairs. I was made to feel like there were faulty repairs done before I brought in my vehicle just to find out that the repairs were done by Gerber collision years prior in oak forest. Over $14,000 worth repairs were done but as im finding out some of them were not. Im still not sure till this moment if they were done, corrected, still a problem or what. Also a light has popped back on and I'm so angry about what I just went thru with them that I don't even wanna take it back.
