From the time i dropped off, during repair, and pick up, staff communication was excellent. Also the repair work was great! The only downside i would say is that there was a significant layer of dust on the dash from sitting in side/body work/paint work etc,. Otherwise 5 stars.

Had an amazing experience with Gerber they fixed my car from my accident rather fast and helped me with the geico process! Anthony/Tony helped me and was very patient!

I recently went to Gerber Collision, and they made the entire process incredibly easy. I’ve used Crash Champions before, and while they got the job done, I felt more like I was on a conveyor belt than being taken care of as an individual. At Gerber, it was a completely different experience. I felt like a person, not just a number. They kept me consistently updated through text, email, and phone calls, so I always knew what was going on. To the say the process was seamless is an understatement. Within an hour of my accident I had an appointment scheduled with Gerber!! Anthony was wonderful from the moment I dropped my car off, from giving me updates all through out the week to when I picked my car back up! He made the process so easy and he took great care of me!! I am very grateful and would suggest this place to every body!!
