Everyone was kind and professional. I was kept up to date with the work progress and given a date of completion. I was actually able to pick up my car a day early. Everything with the repairs look great!

I want to explain my review because there were both positive and negative parts to my experience. Part 1 The service itself was great. Communication was excellent throughout the process, and Jessica even stayed late so I could pick up my car, which I genuinely appreciated. That level of customer service did not go unnoticed.
