My vehicle was kept at Gerber for over a month as we waited for parts to arrive. This ate up my insurance's entire 30 day rental allotment and extended to 4 days over. Gerber and Progressive worked out an agreement that the 4 days that weren't covered by Progressive would be covered by Gerber. I have never been so satisfied in my life! They fixed my Mom's BMW with certain parts and made a frame out of. I bought a new 2022 Mustang and got hit. It looks like new and to have a graphic designer come an hour away, speaks volumes. Shane and the whole team made it happen. I'm sending out cards and info.
