I had a great experience with Gerber Collision & Glass. I came in with my driver’s door clicking and unable to open and shut properly. They immediately started working with me and took my car to the back. Within 20 minutes, the door was fixed and I was on my way. They let me know exactly what I needed to do to help prevent this and they were extremely pleasant to work with. Beyond pleased with their customer service and their work!
Stopped in to get a quote on some minor repairs. They were actually able to do the work immediately. Great service!
Worst experience ever, please avoid yourself a headache.
Had several issues, but i think this one was the most upsetting. I will let you be the judge of what could have happened. I have a 4 cylinder that fills up with approx 13 gallons. Filled my vehicle's tank up after getting off from work and drove 8 min to get home from the gas station 9/24. Dropped my vehicle off the very next morning at Gerber, which is 5 min from my home 9/25. I didn't take picture if the dash but found my gas receipt.
