El señor Juan y la señorita front desk fueron muy amables y atentos, siempre dispuestos a ayudarme con lo que necesitaba. Please, save yourself from unnecessary headaches by avoiding this company. They're the worst I've seen. Since August 14, they're yet to give me a specific date for when my car will be ready. They've failed three consecutive times. I've extended my rental car three times due to their unprofessional and unrealistic behavior. To say I'm frustrated is an understatement.
