Returned a car that was rearended with the same bent trunk frame, tossed a new bumper on and said it was fixed. These gaps werent there before the accident. They also didnt plug in one of the taillights, so I had no turn signal or brake light.

First time using Gerber and I have to say I was very pleased. I saved several hundred dollars over my next best estimate.
Very professional
Dishonest and poor follow through on their promises. Don't expect proper communication or on time delivery. The quality of the work is not even average, paint lines, poor alignment of parts, and they don't even check to make sure things are mechanically sound. If you want terrible work and to be lied to constantly this is your place.
