I have waited a year to write this review because this is how long I have been waiting on my LE Emblem! My bumper was pulled off July of 2023 at an automatic car wash so the insurance place sent me to them to get it fixed. All the staff that I met were nice but it took exactly a month for them to fix my bumper and although they kept me updated through text everyone told me they were going to have my car for a while. Avoid the Plano Rd location! Took 12 weeks to repair hail damage, and they damaged every painted surface and the whole interior in the process. 4 large interior panels broken, leather seats torn and covered in Silicone sealant. Hood, doors, door frames all scraped and sanded down to metal. Windows installed wrong so they leak. On the plus side though, the painter was VERY skilled.
