Clean very organized/ professional
A couple weeks ago someone backed into my car. Both my insurance and other drivers insurance suggested Gerber Collision.. I called..they got me in the next week. I got my car back as good as new and even better since they also cleaned the inside as well as outside when I came to pick it up. Their staff was professional..friendly..kept me posted and I got my car back in 7 days which included the weekend. They worked with insurance companies...they made everything so easy and simple. Gerber Collision was previously owned by Abra. I had some work done on my vehicle while it was owned by Abra. Abra is a nationwide company under Driven Brands and they offered a lifetime warranty on their work. I noticed the clear coat was chipping off (not from road debris but large patches in several spots). I called Abra to file a claim on the work. They only asked for the paperwork and never asked for pictures of the vehicle. They said they would respond in 72 hours which they never did. I gave them a week and called onl... read more
I can’t say I’m too pleased with this company, back In October my blue focus Rs was towed to Gerber for front passenger side damage.( mind you this was a insurance claim) I was first told they won’t start working on the car for a few weeks because it was a tow in which is understandable, but if you guys are the first option for my insurance company you guys should make room to accept tow ins.
