They were great. Promised and delivered on time
I had a very poor experience with this body shop. It’s by far the worst place I could ever encounter. In my 40 years driving. On November 19, 2025, I brought my vehicle to this location for repairs. Approximately one month later, the vehicle was returned to me. Carolyn at the front desk was kind and very helpful. Alex oversaw the repair, and all I can say is outstanding job! Alex is very honest and professional, I hope I never need repairs again, but if I do I’m coming back here. Everyone involved in the repair went above and beyond! I will refer all my friends and family here.

I always go to this specific Gerber Collision and honestly won’t go anywhere else. They do such a great job every time and get everything done quickly without cutting corners. Steve and Carolyn are amazing—they’re so helpful, friendly, and make the whole process feel easy. I trust them completely with my car and highly recommend this location!!
