I have had to use Gerber a few times (through no fault of my own) and they do excellent work.
The two stars are for Carolyn because she is awesome. However the service that was done was subpar at best. I brought my car in a week after purchasing it from Carvana because it was in their network it wasn’t my choice. I needed a door replacement, a new sound absorber, and some additional small work. They didn’t put my door on properly so I was driving and rain was coming in and leaking on me. Excellent Job done in time with good coustomer service
Outstanding experience with Gerber! Steve and Carolyn were both incredibly helpful and made the entire process easy from start to finish. The car looks fantastic, and it was completed well ahead of schedule. The quality of the work and customer service exceeded my expectations. Gerber has earned my trust, and I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else.
Staff is friendly and professional. Work was done quickly and I was very happy with the experience.
