Kudos to the manager at Gerber in Hendersonville for informing me that they could take my car to Gerber in Gastonia to begin repairs immediately! Kudos to Gerber of Gastonia for doing a great job. My neighbors who saw the car before the repairs and after were amazed and asked who did the great work. I happily told them Gerber. Thanks to both offices for teaming up to give great service and avoiding scheduling delays!
Thank you Gerber Collision! Gerber Collision in Hendersonville did an amazing job fixing the bumper and grill of my car which got damaged during a windstorm. From start to finish, I was so impressed with their professionalism, responsiveness, and kindness. They explained things well. They worked seamlessly with my insurance. They fixed the damage quickly and well, and throughout the entire process, they displayed a great amount of compassion and understanding. I trust and highly recommend them.

I had a rather embarrassingly dumb wreck. My car had only been my car for 4 days at that point. Our insurance sent us to Gerber Collision in Hendersonville and they were phenomenal. They communicated well, and kept us up to date on the progress with my car. Everyone was kind. Would definitely use them again, although I hope I never have to!
