A few words about my experience with Gerber Collision & Glass Communication was excellent. Krystle did a great job of keeping me informed as to the status of my vehicle. The actual repair was excellent. Looks brand new, you can't tell it was ever damaged. Repair took two weeks. I can't say if this is typical, but I think it was fair - can't complain. Edit to say Gerber did order the part and call me that they had, so if I had been patient it appears they would have resolved the issue. Original review below. I was overall not satisfied with my experience of having my vehicle repaired at Gerber Collision, although in their defense, in hindsight I also did not handle the situation in the best way. My wife got in a very minor fender bender in a parking lot. To resolve, we had 3 options. 1) Fix ourselves as best we could with touchup paint etc 2) Not run through insurance and... read more
