Very professional and communicative! They kept me informed through the whole tear down process. Definitely would recommend!
Edit to say Gerber did order the part and call me that they had, so if I had been patient it appears they would have resolved the issue. Original review below. I was overall not satisfied with my experience of having my vehicle repaired at Gerber Collision, although in their defense, in hindsight I also did not handle the situation in the best way. My wife got in a very minor fender bender in a parking lot. To resolve, we had 3 options. 1) Fix ourselves as best we could with touchup paint etc 2) Not run through insurance and... read more

Horrible place. I took my car to Gerber after experiencing damage from Hurricane Helene when a powerline fell on top of my vehicle. When I arrived for an inspection of the damaged it was in October of 2024 and was told it would take a week for repairs and was provided with an appointment in November. November came and I called a day before to make sure I had everything I needed.
