Receptionist is a delightful person but the manager or guy that inspects the car(white hair with glasses is a terrible human being. He has a very bad attitude!!!$$$
Can't say enough good things about how kind and friendly the staff is here. Reggie and Monica were so welcoming and helpful. Received near daily updates on my car's repair status, and their quality of work speaks for itself.
Staff is very friendly, courteous, and professional. Monica was great in helping schedule to bring my car in and arranging the rental car company to pick me up. Reggie walked me out to look over the needed repairs and kept me updated via text during each step of the repair process. Highly recommend Gerber for accident repairs.
