My experience started off great! Monica was super motivated to get me in and get the repair done. When I dropped it off, Reggie was super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I felt like my truck was in good hands. Through the process, things started to take a turn, delays, over-runs on timelines, miss-ordered parts etc. Then when I went to pick my truck up, I noticed a lot of sanding marks, paint runs, a cab full of bugs and other areas where the repair looked rushed or incomplete. Reggie and this team are AMAZING. I was in a really messy accident just 3 weeks before moving to a different state. I thought not only was my car totaled, but if it was repairable, it wouldn't be finished in time. Reggie moved this along so quickly, worked with all the insurance companies involved and kept me updated every step of the way. I felt like I had the best person in my corner. If anyone from the corporate office reads this - please give Reggie all the praise and raises he deserves.
