Katrina is a beast. Got side-swiped in a parking lot, thought we needed some serious repairs, but she just rubbed some thinner and polish on the affected area and basically cleared it all up in 10 min! Saved us a lot of time and money. Thank you Katrina, you're awesome.
Gerber was absolutely wonderful throughout the whole process. They fixed my car and I haven't had any issues since. Did such a good job you couldn't even tell anything happened to it! I had Maria as my estimator and I only have high praise for her! She walked me through everything and kept me updated on repairs and changes throughout the whole process! Communication is key. It started from check-in I was told I could drop it off & it would be there as a tow-in. I arranged for shipment & flew over picked it up from the port and drove to the location to be told that they could not receive it. I was told the process would include a video walk-around once the vehicle was completed. (I received hastily taken photos with zero ability to discern anything instead before the tow truck arrived).
