I am very impressed with the service I received at Gerber Collision Waipahu. They were a recommended partner shop for my insurance, and they truly came to the rescue after someone hit my 2017 Honda Accord Sport SE while it was parked. I got hit on December 1st, 2025. Gerber collision wouldn’t take in my car for a week. They told me my car would be ready by the first week of January. They then told me my car wasn’t ready, and told me it would be ready by the end of January. So, by this point, they have had my car for almost TWO MONTHS. They send email updates, letting you know that your car is on track and will be done on time.
