Update 4/15/26 To respond to your response: you reached out to ask me to bring it in to fix the horn. You dismissed my concerns that my car was not completely repaired, probably because you thought I was an ignorant female that didn't know about cars. Another shop has it now and is completing the repair you lied about doing. Insurance paid to fix my car after being hit, with me paying $1000 deductible. Insurance paid to fix my car after being hit, with me paying $1000 deductible. As I drove away after picking it up, I noticed a squeak coming from the wheel area where it was repaired. I returned to Gerber, where I was told that I must have hit something after I left because the problem was new damage. It was not. So a “friend” of mine from this shop decided to help me and put a new sunroof in for $500 which isn’t horrible but that was only about a year ago maybe even less and now it won’t open or go up to vent. Fast-forward to a couple months later forward, the back seal is so messed up. I had to take the whole sunroof out (and I’m 110 pound girl) and glue the back seal.
