I’m so glad I chose Gerber. A lot of shops would not work with the person insurance but Gerber did. My vehicle is 16 years old and I didn’t want my vehicle totaled out. I expressed to William Aceves that I really wanted my vehicle and he promised he would do his best to get me back my vehicle. He did what he promised and got me my vehicle back. They were professional enough but I won't take a vehicle back here if it is going to be totaled because from what I saw this place is in bed with the insurance company in ways that hurts the customer. The report they sent to the insurance company had dumb mistakes that lowered the payout like "worn tires", old battery, and a few others. Luckily I had receipts proving otherwise and was able to dispute them. But the one line in the report that irritated me the most was "traces of oil on back of engine block". Gerber collision repair team is the best I have seen in a long time, they were nice and friendly, they communicated almost on a daily basis where my vehicle was in the process, they have made me a customer for life with all my auto body repair service. Jon my estimator who organize my service was very friendly and answered all of my questions I had. Thank you team.
Not sure what happened to my original review just wanted to make sure people know what they are getting into with this place. Terrible communication, terrible service, and terrible workmanship. Was told they could have my truck completed in a month. That was a joke it took almost 2 months to complete. The first time they said my truck was ready I showed up the drivers door didn’t even close and the belt was wining from the tech getting anti freeze on it.
