So a “friend” of mine from this shop decided to help me and put a new sunroof in for $500 which isn’t horrible but that was only about a year ago maybe even less and now it won’t open or go up to vent. Fast-forward to a couple months later forward, the back seal is so messed up. I had to take the whole sunroof out (and I’m 110 pound girl) and glue the back seal. Great experience very friendly staff Jennifer at the front desk was very helpful with all the information we needed on the step to step process and Will was very helpful with keeping us informed on the repairs to our vehicle would recommend to everyone
Just don't go! All I can say is complete bullshit worst shop in Pensacola highly don't recommend will provide false updates barley received calls and terrible assistants. Was told day after another car will be ready just to only keep being prolonged. Don't take your car here!!!!! I promise plz listen don't take your car here!

In bed with insurance agencies—they over estimate repairs and undervalue vehicles—leads to salvaged titles. Grossly over quoted a simple dent repair. Wanted $5k+ to perform overly intrusive (but easier) repairs. When confronted about the chop swap repair and price gouging, the adjuster got defensive and went back inside to sit silently at his desk and ignored us—very unprofessional staff.
