I don't always leave reviews, but when I receive exceptional service it is only right to let people know and promote a good business! From the minute I received my first phone call from Beatriz there was regular communication and updates regarding my car every step of the process, and they even completed the repairs sooner than promised! If you need bodywork done, do not hesitate to bring your vehicle to Gerber!
Excellent attention
This shop is ru.n by morons.They had my car for 2 months to repair rear end damage.When I picked up car they said they were waiting on wheel insert, I drove off lot and A/C was not working.They neglected to check and see all wires were severed in crash.I took to another shop waited one month for parts.Lying pack of idiots.
After getting a window replaced here, I've encountered nothing but issues—water leakage being the most egregious. Repeated attempts to reach out have been met with silence, a testament to their lack of customer service. To add insult to injury, my car's paint was damaged during the process, and they've blatantly refused to acknowledge, let alone rectify, their mistake. This place has taken a nosedive in quality and professionalism
