Highly professional, friendly service good quality work I was very satisfied
Did a great job. They gave me regular updates on progress and finished in less time than I had expected. The repair was flawless. Im very happy.
Unfortunately my 2022 Toyota Tacoma needed repairs and as Gerber was an approved repair shop, and all appeared great upon completion of repairs. But soon after a bumper trim piece became unattached, so I returned to have the trim fixed. After the manager was assured by a mechanic that I had not had a second collision and the replacement trim piece was faulty, the manager stated she would order a replacement and contact me for installation, I departed awaiting the call.
