They messed up the paintjob on the back if my tesla. After they took it back i noticed the job wasnt done right. The ownee came out to tell me that its normal and that he has a tesla and when you close the trunk with your hands it will leave marks…. Basically blaming me for their job gone wrong. Terrible service. Would not go recommend. Was lied to multiple times, repairs not done in a timely manner and had to take vehicle back multiple times for repairs because of issues they caused. DON'T GO HERE!!!
My overall experience was great. So let me explain why I gave 1 star. I chose this company because of their reviews. The staff was very nice and they did a great job on my repairs but I did have to go back because they did not seal a part correctly that lead to a leak in my roof which they did fix when I took it back. I understand mistakes happen so I was totally fine with it. But both times that I picked up my car they left dirt marks all over my car mats. So bummed. I had awesome work done here last year, and when i needed help again, i was so happy to go back, but Mike J. was so rude every time i went there, until ultimately he told me they didnt need my business and i took too much energy. I had to take my car somewhere else, and the work was not as good as the work i had done here.
