The service completed on my Lexus RX was exceptional. However, there is a major issue with reaching someone on the phone, which was a bit frustrating at times. I think management needs to fix it. My experience has more to do with management and front office staff. I initially came in to get warranty work completed on a small part of my fender. (Flare needed repainting) After providing documentation from Gerber Collision that originally was completed in Tempe, AZ I was told that the manager reviewed the documents and called Gerber Collision (GC) in AZ to confirm the work had been done. Very impressed by the coordination of rental when car had to be assessed and fixed. Also impressed by the frequent communication and updates on stages of repair and completion. Staff was respectful and courteous. When truck was done the shop returned rental car for me saving me from extra stops and coordination.
