The repair work was completed properly and I have no complaints. However, they left the interior of my car a mess! There is white powder or powder like substance covering the entire back seat and continues into the front driver side. It’s going to have to have a complete detail inside! I called the individual that assisted me in my repairs just to let them know the condition of my interior…he made every excuse possible…as if it was my fault they returned my car to me in that condition…he said he personally inspected my vehic... read more

The lady I talked to on the phone was very rude.
Once my insurance company totaled my Mercedes, I realized that the rear camera was not working. Gerber told me that they couldn't have broken the camera because my car never entered their shop. Now how did they come up with a total on my car without Gerber's proper assessment of the vehicle. All they did was take pictures of the car. They did not take any pictures of the actual damage.
Took longer than expected but staff was friendly and understanding. Great job on the overall repair.
