The lady I talked to on the phone was very rude.
Once my insurance company totaled my Mercedes, I realized that the rear camera was not working. Gerber told me that they couldn't have broken the camera because my car never entered their shop. Now how did they come up with a total on my car without Gerber's proper assessment of the vehicle. All they did was take pictures of the car. They did not take any pictures of the actual damage.
Took longer than expected but staff was friendly and understanding. Great job on the overall repair.
Horrible! Driver’s side window busted yet they did my estimate for a windshield!!! Also left my mirror damage off the estimate. I don’t think these people have your best interests in mind. They just keep adding items to get the price as high as possible. Should be a zero rating if I could.
