Super impressed Gerber's facility. It is neat, clean welcoming, and spacious. The garage is huge and very well organized. It gave me a feeling of confidence in their ability to make the necessary repairs.
I know there are some other reviews on here that are far from Stellar however I had a good experience here. The body work done to my car was Flawless the paint was perfect and my car was ready exactly when it was promised to me. Also the communication throughout the process was excellent
Nothing but great things to say! Heather and the staff were so friendly and easy to work with. They were SUPER communicative throughout the whole process of getting my car repaired. Can’t recommend this location enough!
Great customer service till they are not. I brought my truck in, due to tree damage during the hurricane. They got with my insurance and repaired my truck. When it was finished they brought to me so I wouldn’t have to leave work. This was good customer service until I got in my truck that evening. My blinker on my passenger side wasn’t working properly, overspray down the side of one of my doors and the washer fluid light wouldn’t go off. I called and set up a time to bring it back in. They repaired everything but my blinker... read more
