I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Gerber Collision. I had used this location in the past without any issues, so when I was sideswiped and my insurance company recommended Gerber as the preferred repair shop, I felt confident bringing my vehicle there. Took my car here after a car accident. Drove off and everything seemed fine. About a week or so later the check engine light comes on. I can’t close my gas tank cap properly. when I called in to talk with the person that fixed my car the front desk woman tried to convince me that I didn’t remember what side of the car I got hit on. Never got the call back . still dealing with the issues. Would not recommend. If they don’t do it right the first time, they don’t make it right after.
Angelo and the entire team at Gerber are first class. They are honest and professional. We ran into an unforeseen issue when they were doing some work on our vehicle. I was concerned I would get stuck with an unexpected bill. They handled everything with insurance, the rental car company, and the repair. They made sure we were taken care of and received our vehicle back with all the necessary compares completed. Thankful for their integrity and incredible work. My insurance sent me to Gerber collision and glass after my car was rear ended in an accident. The staff were friendly and professional. They told me everything that needed replacing and repaired and they liaised with my insurance. They treated me like a friend and although my car was totaled my experience with Gerber especially Jim and Devin was awesome! You guys Rock! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Gerber to my friends and neighbors!
