Had a miss hap with our truck. We have taken past vehicles to Gerber when they were under their old name and had great success with them. Got in for an estimate very easily, and they took the truck the next day to start to work on it as they felt it was undrivable. Received many updates each week as they worked on the truck and updated estimates once they got the front off of the truck. Friendly and did a great job on my car. My husband who is usually more critical than I am told me I had to call them to thank them on the job they did.
So I have been forgetting to post this review of the work Gerber Collision & Glass did on our 2011 buick regal. The passenger door and fender were damaged, and the passenger back door had a small dent and a scratch from the accident we were in at the end of January. Look, we all know this process isn't fun. Thing is? This place made it better, not worse. Nice change right? The staff is kind, patient and helpful. They know what they are doing and following a plan. My appointment was darn close to on time. I have a few extra minutes so someone else gets the information they need. Or an explanation. They have coffee, a bathroom, WIFI and a place to sit. Just nice people, doing their job (remember none of it is their fault) trying to get through the day.
