Gerber was awesome. My car was in and out of the shop in two days, and it looks like new! Thanks to all the staff -- those who run the front desk, those that work directly with us clients and the great folk who transform yesterday's accident into today's work of art.
Went to get an estimate so I could get my car repaired , they wrote me an estimate for used parts which lowered the actual estimate by 66% . Told me not to worry about it as it would go up when they submit supplemental request . Got the check to fix my car of 2100 dollars , then they told me they couldn’t fix my car . My car still hasn’t been fixed and the semi trucks insurance liberty mutual won’t respond. This repair shop should be shut down because they work for the insurance company and don’t have any real integrity
They did a great job! It was the same price if they came to me…love that! The technician was nice and did the job quickly.
I was hit by a deer and had to have my passenger door replaced. Throughout the process, Jerri was always happy to answer my questions. Jim not only replaced the door but also touched up other parts of the car that had some minor damage not caused by the deer. Gerber Collision exceeded my expectations and I know they will do the same for you!
From Jerri on the service side to Jacob on the repair side, I felt so cared for. They were great communicating the details of the process and then everything along the way. And we’re soooooo kind. AND also the repairs to my truck were excellently done. Thank you to the whole team!
