Front end lady is rude.
My truck went into the shop April 1st to have two left doors replaced from getting hit by a deer,doors were ordered and have been painted twice, Jacob was to call me on April 16 with an update that call never came. Still don't know if truck is fixed or not
Fantastic service and great staff! My Nissan Frontier looked like it just rolled off of the dealership showroom floor. I would definalty recommend the Carrollton location of Gerber.
From the moment I called, and spoke to Jerri, until repairs were completed, Luke and Jacob along with the wonderful team behind the scenes, were wonderful!
If you're in a auto accident,Do Not take your car here. They will fix the outside but nothing underneath from the account and will lie for the insurance company saying it's from wear and tare and not tell you everything else that is wrong with it. Save your self time and a big head ache and go somewhere else please! I would have gave no stars if it would have let me!
