Even if you are not 100% satisfied with their wonderful customer service and the work they have done (Which is highly unlikely) they will reach out to yoi and do everything in their power to make sure that they will change your mind. I know sometimes people do make a mistake here and there, however they will go above and beyond to make it right
Gerber Collision was great at taking care of my vehicle. The assessment made was close to what I paid so there was no shock in price when it came to paying. It I ever find myself needing repair services again, I won't hesitate in taking my car down to Gerber. Thanks everyone for the help

I only leave reviews for one and five stars; they are the only organizations truly working for reviews. Gerber made us wait two months for an appointment, kept the car for north of three weeks for a repair the internet suggested would take one to three days and provided an extra dose of snark, lack of call backs, and generally poor communication. Run, don't walk away from this business.
