I had a great experience with Gerber Collision & Glass in Richland! They did body work on my Honda and the results were excellent. The team kept me informed every step of the way, so I always knew what was going on with my vehicle. Their communication was clear and consistent, their pricing was fair, and the quality of their work really shows. My car looks amazing again! I truly appreciate the professionalism and great customer service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing auto body repairs.
Growing up you, I took advantage of the quality of service businesses used to hand out. Now that I’m almost 50 years old, you realize quality work is harder and harder to find.. I was told Gerber had bought Atomic Auto Body but it was the same great staff that would be attending my needs. That’s just not true. I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the customer service I received during my visit to Gerber Collision & Glass in Kennewick. I want to clarify that there was no direct disrespect; however, the attitude and approach to customer service were not acceptable.
