Not only did they go above and beyond. They did a really great job getting my car back on the road. Took a little time, but it was well worth it. Good job team!!
Amazing work and a VIP experience. They were able to work with enterprise for my rental car which I was able to drop off at the auto body shop. Talked to the staff and manager about the ability to get my car back to me sooner and they did it. 3 weeks ahead of schedule. Very informative and the work looked amazing. I can’t say enough nice things about Gerber. From the minute my truck was towed to their repair shop their communication and transparency regarding the entire repair process was on point. I didn’t have to call them once. Their notifications and calls always let me know what was going on and made sure I had an accurate ETA as to when my truck would be finished.
