Shout-out to Mackenzie for being so attentive and communicative. The work performed on my car was great, and when there was a slight rattle, the team immediately remedied. I would recommend them for any car body work.
Unfortunately my car incurred some damage and I found myself needing to do an insurance claim with USAA to get it repaired. They recommended Gerber. I dropped my car off in the hands of Jake, the head guy there. I told him that I am very particular about my car and what I expected from them. He told me they have a whole new staff and they were going to take care of everything. The team at the Cully shop were so professional and communicative! Even when the unexpected happened, Mackenzie was there to advocate to my insurance and escalate properly to ensure that safety was priority. I hope I never need collision repair again but if I do, i’ll only come here
I took my 2022 RAV four prime here. One we had a break-in and someone smashed the back glass. They did an excellent job making the body scratches and the window and everything looked like new. Fast, professional, great communication and high quality work. They also did a fantastic job negotiating with the insurer.
