10/10! The staff fixed my car up like new, following a collision with a deer. The process was finished a week before estimated! Karl kept me posted, explained everything with the work and warranty. I had a great experience and would recommend Gerber Collision & Glass in Valparaiso!

The process was amazing. Communication was great. They explained everything in simple terms. Finished my 2024 Toyota Crown in a timely manner. I'm very happy. That being said, my kids and husband always say my expectations in life are insane. I would absolutely refer this business. I wish I could say the same for allstate Insurance. I'm sure I'm gonna have to get a 2nd job now.
These people were very rude and didn’t fix the big problem. No I don’t want to hear from u guys I had some body fix it. The part that wasn’t fixed had made the car early become uncontrollable when I brought up that it wasn’t fixed you walked away and decided to tell me to call my insurance I said I’m going to get killed driving home .
