The initial experience to repair damage from a deer strike was over the top. They were exceptional in all aspects of the experience. The repair work was excellent. Then, after a few days, a few very minor things needed to be corrected. Again, I experienced the same excellent, welcoming, friendly service.
This shop does good work. They had the repair looking like my car was brand new again.
5k dollar quote to replace a work van sliding door. Had a local mechanic fix it for 400 dollars. I would not recommend anyone use this place
10/10! The staff fixed my car up like new, following a collision with a deer. The process was finished a week before estimated! Karl kept me posted, explained everything with the work and warranty. I had a great experience and would recommend Gerber Collision & Glass in Valparaiso!
