We had the unfortunate pleasure of having to have 2 cars here in a month. Every encounter we had with any staff member was kind and courteous. The second car we had some concern about a spot we hadnt noticed after we got the car back and from the very first call in, they treated us well, and after taking the car back in to be looked over, the paint pro explained how this was prior and why (we hadn't noticed and on intake, they hadn't noticed or photo'd it) we are content that he is right on it. The initial experience to repair damage from a deer strike was over the top. They were exceptional in all aspects of the experience. The repair work was excellent. Then, after a few days, a few very minor things needed to be corrected. Again, I experienced the same excellent, welcoming, friendly service.
This shop does good work. They had the repair looking like my car was brand new again.
5k dollar quote to replace a work van sliding door. Had a local mechanic fix it for 400 dollars. I would not recommend anyone use this place
10/10! The staff fixed my car up like new, following a collision with a deer. The process was finished a week before estimated! Karl kept me posted, explained everything with the work and warranty. I had a great experience and would recommend Gerber Collision & Glass in Valparaiso!
