Overall had a good experience here. The car was done quicker than expected. Also I was worried the paint would not match since they only did one side of the bumper. I can't tell that it was even scratched before.
I would highly recommend this company. The customer service representative was so pleasant and helpful. The service and paperwork was quick and easy.
If you're smart you'll find a job somewhere else. There's a lot of stuff that happens behind the scenes that shouldn't. These people are abusive, demeaning and will lie right to your face. Stay clear. I would never work for this company again I don't care how much they pay.
Terrible, Unprofessional service. My Insurance Company scheduled & confirmed my appointment & they forgot or deleted it so WOULD NOT accept my auto for repairs. They were short staffed & were not accommodating me after their error. This was my 2nd time taking my car in without it making it to the mechanic.
My experience with Gerber Southfield team was top notch from start to finish. Everyone was so helpful and kept me informed on the process, without having to ask. I am absolutely happy with my vehicle. Thank you!
