Used a screwdriver or something and marked up a bumper removing it, employee tried to claim that’s how the bumper is supposed to be. I had before photos. Used a screwdriver to removed a plastic cover and not only didn’t reinstall it, but scratched the plastic like crazy. Also messed up a seal on a taillight (pretty much the only mistake that could’ve happened with an expert). Tae’lor was so incredibly helpful and sweet! My insurance company hadn’t sent an assignment or arranged a rental for me, and when I wasn’t able to contact them in order to arrange it, Tae’lor went above and beyond and made sure it was handled. Also from the moment we rolled up her energy was simply incredible. Cannot recommend coming here enough!
Very well done and on time
Superb customer service. We delivered the car on a Wednesday to have the bumper repaired/replaced. They had the work done by Friday. They did an excellent job. Due to our work schedules, we didn't have time to go down and pick up the car on Friday. So, they delivered the car to the house. Excellent service.
