So far, so good... having an issue with a repair and Gerber has been very accommodating with getting my car re-assessed and back in for repair. They have gone the extra mile.
This Gerber Collision & Glass location is the absolute best in the business. Their General Manager Bruce at the helm is state certified and extremely knowledgeable in his craft. They fixed my car perfectly! It looks excellent but from day one the communication was lacking. We had our car sent to the Plainwell location. Then without talking to us first they shipped it to GR “to get it done quicker”. Unfortunately it took 6 weeks and longer than they originally thought because of “paint”. They never offered any ideas or suggestions for us to get a rental car or anything.
From start to finish everyone at Gerber was so nice so informative they kept me informed on how my repairs were going and if that's not enough Enterprise Rent-A-Car is right next door to them. If you ever need your car repaired from an accident I would highly recommend going here! Thank you Gerber!
