Awesome job on my Suv! Awesome job on customer service from the lady answering the phones and greets you when you walk in and the people working on your vehicle in the back…Thank you! Updated from a year ago today. As always they did a wonderful job and are always so kind. I still would recommend them.
If you value your vehicle or time -- this is NOT the shop for you. Picked up my vehicle three and a half weeks after I was quoted 4 days. The "new" paint job they did has bubbles and the dent they repaired is still noticeable. One excuse for a delay was "The mechanic who has your tire left early today". I'll be taking my vehicle to another shop and starting over. Avoid at all costs.
These guys offered me not only fast service, but did outstanding work. My car looks better than it did before the accident. Not only that but the attention to detail when they cleaned and detailed the inside and out of the car. I will be passing them on to anyone I know as a recommendation. Thank you Gerber for restoring my Lexus.
Excellent service. 4th time using Gerber because other drivers don't pay attention to what they are doing. After each visit our vehicles were restored to usable, display-worthy condition. Good communication during repair so I didn't wonder what was happening. Installed OEM parts. Pleasant people to talk to in-person and on the phone. They even returned my rental car to Enterprise for me. I recommend.
