Not Great. Terrible Customer Service! I had taken my SUV in for a quote to have some minor front damage fixed, quote was provided and was told come back in 10days and we will have the parts and a rental car ready for you. They told me it would be fixed in 3-4days. I agreed to the quote and came back in 10 days. I brought my car to the Gerbers Autobody shop on Transit for an estimate, made an appointment to bring the car in the following week. The fellow giving me the estimate mentioned how a rental car would be waiting for me when I got there, similar to when you bring your car in for repairs to an auto dealer, and that it would be paid for by the insurance company. No one likes getting into accidents of course. Unfortunately I've had a few of them over the years. I always use this Gerber location to have the repairs done. The staff members are transparent and friendly. They will keep you in the loop on how the job is going and are happy to answer any questions you may have. They always return my vehicle looking brand new as if nothing had ever happened and even detailed my interior. I hope I don't have to visit them again anytime soon.
