Try Whitney Collision instead. I went to Gerber because I thought they were corporate/professional and was willing to pay a little bit more for professionalism and good customer service. Got the opposite. They provided a quote same day and told me I could think about it before deciding. Three days later they towed the vehicle without so much as a call to let me know they've done it. Very easy, friendly service. Jessica was my contact, and she was great. Kept me updated throughout my repair. You could never tell the car was scratched.
It was a very good experience I had a good time crack jokes made him laugh he was very professional felt really welcomed
