UPDATE: customer service did reach out to me. Due to corporate policy company would not return money or give discount but they had the team lead mechanic come out and replace the windshield properly - we did thorough inspection on the glass and work. Ron was very polite, professional and understanding, gave a few tips on car maintenance -special thanks for being understanding- so I have more confidence now that the work is done correctly and will last. I made it a point to use a local small business for the windshield repair. Called Gerber, scheduled the rear windshield replacement. Company ended up outsourcing it to Glass America without disclosure. Windshield was without a box, boy who installed it locked himself out of the van and then installed scratched windshield (or scratched during the installation). I had hurricane damage to my 2023 Sonata N Line. With Rear window shattered, hood/trunk and passenger side pillar dents. Gerber at Harbor City Blvd did an OUTSTANDING job getting my car back to original condition within a few weeks. I want to Thank everyone there on how nice and professional they were.
