3 weeks for hood, hood hinges and a grill only 4 or 5 days waiting on parts. First time we got called to tell us it's ready the hood was 1/4 inch higher on driver side then passenger side we did not accept it so they ordered hood hinges can't believe they would even call us, with it looking like that, they don't take pride in their work!! Will never use them again that's a fact!!
I’d give 0 stars if possible. No transparency at all. No updates given whatsoever. No calls back after the receptionist said they would get in contact with you. Delay after delay. Vehicle has been with them for over a month and not once have they reached out as to why it kept getting delayed further and further from what was originally said.
Rude lady answers the phone. I really wish I did not have to deal with these people… I will do everything I can to not have to ever speak to any of you or your employees again. I would rather leave my car dented than bring it to your shop.
This is the best place to trust your vehicle for repair. My truck has cosmetic damage of $7600 and valued a little over $20,000. I had the date to pick it up all suddenly my insurance contracts me and tells me they are totaling it. I argued and knew they were wrong. Thank GOD the ladies at this collision center know what they’re doing because they went to bat for me and stopped my insurance company from claiming my vehicle as a total lira. I’m more than grateful for them. Best place ever and I can never thank y’all enough
