Nothing but positive from start to finish, I can't say a single bad thing about my whole experience. Stephanie was beyond helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. I called on Tuesday at about 9am and scheduled an appointment for an estimate the same day at 11am. She was very helpful and thoroughly explained the entire estimate and process to me. Installed replacement decals for my car perfectly, repaired my mustang bumper as well when the dealership wanted to replace it. Incredible service, and friendly staff.
Had my work vehicle for 5 days to fix a bumper. - They were aware my job was dependent on the state licensed vehicle, told me it would take 3 days. They had my car for a day and a half before ever starting to work on it. Poor customer service, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!
They do poor work, do not stand behind their work. They do not guarantee their crap work. Stay away from this place.
They are very good at communication, very timely.
