Have been dealing with on a 2020 Tahoe. First time went to pick it up had gaps on both side. Talked to manager and Tommy. After the second attempt they have still failed to fix it. Now our adjuster is having to deal with them attempting to make things right. I would Not recommend anyone using this place.

The manager Louise is not trustworthy along with an employee named Tommy. They are dishonest and do not take responsibility for things they did not fix correctly. Save yourself some stress and go to a different shop.
Recently had my Volvo S60 repaired at Gerber in Claremore after an accident that did substantial front end damage. The customer service at Gerber is excellent. The repairs on my vehicle were going to take a bit longer than usual due to the make and model of my vehicle and parts availability, but the staff at Gerber kept informed and updated on the progress of the repairs and parts.
