This is the worst repair shop when it comes to customer service and credibility. They take months to give you a diagnosis, and once they do, it's inaccurate. They gave me many possible delivery dates because they kept diagnosing close to the delivery date, and it took months to repair my truck. When they finally returned it, the brand emblems were missing, the air conditioning didn't work, and they didn't replace the windshield because "they didn't realize it was cracked." Got my truck back a few days ago, looks stunning! Second time working with Gerber, just as satisfied as the first time. Thank you Scott and Jamie for helping with the claim process, very patient and helpful. Best business/service in Claremore! We need more business like this, the level of professionalism and attention to detail is impressive. I had an ashtray full of cig butts, and they even cleared that out that for me! Plus my truck looked hand washed and polished too! Nice surprise🙂
Prompt, timely and friendly.
Went up there to get an estimate for my car after a deer hit me. Went up there in the morning didn’t have time to get me in drove back just for the manager to be rude and act like she didn’t have time to deal with us. When we confronted her about it she then acted like she had done nothing wrong. Will no longer be using gerber for anything. I will take my business elsewhere.
