Gerber Collision did an excellent job repairing and repainting our vehicle, which was badly dented on the left front side, after hitting a fixed object. The entire process was seamless—from intake to final delivery. We were kept informed throughout, and the vehicle was returned to us in very good time. I called to schedule the repairs to my vehicle and for some odd reason they cancelled my estimate. Now I have a check for the amount they quoted me but I can’t get the work done there because I need a new estimate. I wanted to confirm availability and time frame and now I’m stuck having to find another location for the repairs. Not what I was expecting from such a reputable establishment.
