I have had two cars over at Gerber and both times I was please with the work they did and the customer service
I Recommend this place to anyone !!! The staff is great and my repairs were great. My car look like it was before the accident. Everybody is just amazing here and very professional when communicating the phases your vehicle goes through. My car was complete in a timely mannner and I got it back before it was due to be completed. Thanks Gerber Laplaco
Your car will not stay at that location for repairs. Your car will go to a “Sister Company “ “Calibration” is also done by someone else. That company doesn’t work by appointment. It will NOT be done timely. I have NO confidence in this company.
I’m very impressed with whole experience-the staff-the quality of the work were exceptional.
I do not recommend using this location. The lady was nice but the manager, Chad, doesn’t know anything about customer service. My mom is 77 yrs old and he went back and forth with her. Instead of apologizing and seeing if there was a way he can help her with, he decided to stay it’s not our concern. Please note the discussion was over a charge of $59.
