My husband and I have decided never to take our cars to anyone else for body work. They were very professional, timely, thorough and my car looks great!!!
My husband was side swiped by a hit and run driver. When we reported to our office insurance company they gave us a list of auto repair places, we decided to go with Gerber on Lapalco. From the time we dropped off my car until we picked it up (earlier than predicted) they have been so courteous and professional. Chad is the best, hands down! He listens, understands and does whatever it takes to help. He explained everything to me in great detail. I highly recommend Gerber collision for your repairs.
My total experience with this company was horrible. It's bad enough my car had to be repaired due someone hitting me but to have the person mark my car with chalk and tell me that my accident was minor when I suffered injuries to my face and body, I was rudely talked over and down to, overcharged and dismissed. I would NEVER recommend this shop to anyone. The overall experience with this company was overwhelming and very stressful.
Awful! Awful! Outside of the rush job that was done on my vehicle in less than 48hrs. They only focused on the visible damage which was the bumper only because as the general manager Chris Billiot implied was the only area that was not able to be snapped in. I wish my spouse would have allowed me to do more research because the reviews did not lie.And to any female customer who plans to utilize the establishment please be advised that management has very high female energy so don't timid.
