My total experience with this company was horrible. It's bad enough my car had to be repaired due someone hitting me but to have the person mark my car with chalk and tell me that my accident was minor when I suffered injuries to my face and body, I was rudely talked over and down to, overcharged and dismissed. I would NEVER recommend this shop to anyone. The overall experience with this company was overwhelming and very stressful.
Awful! Awful! Outside of the rush job that was done on my vehicle in less than 48hrs. They only focused on the visible damage which was the bumper only because as the general manager Chris Billiot implied was the only area that was not able to be snapped in. Gerber Collision in Harvey Louisiana Is not a good auto body shop. They take your money and lie to you and don’t fix your parts on your vehicle. I had a bad experience, and will not be going back even if my car have warranty for the parts on my car.
