Recently took my vehicle to Gerber after a car accident. They were so easy to work with through the insurance company and did a fantastic job. My car looks like new again. Customer service was great, they explained things well, car was finished before the promised date, and I'm pretty sure they have a paint magician in the back.
*Aside from my headache of an experience I will start by saying the body work is great, it looks wonderful & they have friendly service* My issue is the mechanical problems. I was a victim of car insurance fraud so I had to use my insurance & was only given 3 choices, chose this shop based on reviews. The accident was last year & I just had to take it back for the 3rd time yet it’s still having mechanical issues.
