Made an appointment on the phone on April 10, 2025. I have evidence of the outgoing call on my phone. The receptionist claimed there was no record of my appointment and they could not help me. I told her that I was positive that I made the appointment but she said no. Plus they don’t take walk ins. No one was in the yard at the time writing estimates and mine was a very minor door ding.
