Schedulers on the phone were extremely friendly and helpful. Kevin who came to actually do my windshield repair; not so much. I asked him if he’d mind if I watch the process because I wanted to see how it works. He sighed and said “sure man if that’s what you want to do it’s up to you” and started shaking his head and he got to work. Quick and fabulous customer service. I was on a deadline to get my car back. They asked if I knew who the boss was and they said me. If I needed it by a certain day I was the boss and they would meet my deadline.

Lisette and Nate made the experience one of a kind. The second I walked in I was well taken care of. They helped walk me through the process of filing a claim rather than simply giving me directions. The hands-on help made a big difference and made so much more sense. I felt important to them rather than like just another customer. “Thank you” doesn’t suffice in expressing my appreciation. They’re the best!!
