Great experience
My vehicle was repaired here after an accident and I had the pleasure of working with Sandy. The repair job was excellent so thanks to the techs! In addition, Sandy seemed to go above and beyond with her customer service. She called and gave updates every Friday on timelines for every step of the process, which alleviated a lot of anxiety. Thank you Sandy and Gerber Collision!
I have had the absolute worst experience with Gerber. I have been dealing with them since February 2025 and now I am having to get an attorney involved with enough pictures and documentation to do so. Back in February my 80k car went into their shop. Over a month later we call to get an update regarding the parts for my car. I truly wanted to leave a positive review, but unfortunately, I’m extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with this shop. The staff members themselves are very kind and respectful, but the overall experience has been frustrating and disheartening. Less than six months after they worked on my Toyota RAV4, the tint on one window (one of only two doors they repaired) began to peel. Had to bring my vehicle in due to hail damage back at the end of May 2025. They fit me in and got my car inspected. Great people that know what they are doing. Highly recommended to anyone that is un an accident and had damage to their vehicle.
