Dan was the representative I dealt with. He was extremely helpful, friendly and professional. He kept me informed Regarding the status of my SUV. He called to give me a heads up when he believed that it would be done. Unlike others, the vehicle was completed when they said it would be. They called and arrange for a rental to pick me up and take me to get my rental when I dropped off my SUV for repairs and when I turned in my SUV, they took the keys and took care of returning my vehicle to the rental. I used Gerber Collision after a small collision for some painting and recalibration on my vehicle. They were recommended by my insurance and were easy to work with. Tim was my estimator and they were upfront with all the costs and what the timeframe would look like. I got my car back in 3 days of dropping it off. Scheduling service was easy and their staff were courteous at all times. They also work with rental companies nearby so picking up/dropping off my rental was also a piece of cake. Definitely recommend!

From getting the estimate to dropping the car off, scheduling a rental car, calling a couple of times each week on the repair status and ultimately repairs that made the car like new I highly recommend Gerber if your vehicle needs repairs after a collision. Excellent customer service and top notch repairs.
