Response to owner-- My RO# is 2303722533 I had my car bumper replaced here and it looks horrible. They used an after market bumper which does not fit. I had to go back the same day so they can "push" one side in because it was completely out. I'm afraid if I get in another accident it will fall right off. Is this how they do business? I never had a manager reach out either. I'm extremely disappointed and wish I went somewhere else. Now I'm stuck with a defaulted bumper. Thanks.

Gerber collision on Vickie cir is amazing. I received updates twice a week on our vehicle while it was being repaired. Their customer service is top notch. When it was time to pick up our car they offered to return our rental car back to enterprise for us. 10/10 best place!!!
Just 8 months after getting my car repaired at this place , the paint job they did is already falling apart lol. Like I said before , never take your car here.
