Would give 0 stars if that was an option. Took my truck here for minor body damage. Got it back a week later (late) with the 5th wheel rails cut out of the bed - no warning that would happen (or notice that they needed to come out) and no effort made to keep it in one piece. Called and was offered no way of making it right after bad communication from the get go. 0/10 experience.

I had the worst experience of any auto shop/mechanic here. When I picked up my car from a collision my hood latch no longer worked, after they did front end repair. They argued either I didn’t tell them it was broken after the collision, or that I did it in the 12 hours I had the car before noticing given they denied any responsibility. Saying I didn’t mention it is extremely concerning given it was in a front end collision. I would recommend. After months of the repair being made there was a noise it made afterwards. They got the insurance approval and replaced the part.
