I’ve had to bring a car to Gerber three times over the last five years due to an accident not of my own fault. Dealing with someone else’s insurance, the chaos around dropping off and picking up a car, and the general inconvenience of an accident is brutal. Gerber helps rip the bandaid off with the least amount of pain. They work directly with the insurance company, arrange rental cars with rides to and from the rental facility, and give daily updates on the repair status. Excellent communication. Repairs done on time and they even did a mini detail on the interior. Would reccomend.
Date kept changing but great communication and it was finished before the estimated date in the long run. They even cleaned the inside so nice surprise.
If I could leave 0 stars I would. Dealing with this business has been nothing less than frustrating. I was in an accident in May, where my car was not in terrible condition and air bags did not deploy. I was told by insurance to go in immediately and get a quote. I brought the car to Gerber per State Farm’s listed places in my area two days after the accident. They gave me a small quote and said they can’t get me in until June.
