Highly recommend Gerber Collision in Loveland! Sonya and Melanie were incredibly friendly, efficient, and kept me informed with daily updates throughout my repair. Initially, I was told the repair would take about 10 days, but the team was so fast and efficient that they completed everything in just three days. Would give 0 stars if that was an option. Took my truck here for minor body damage. Got it back a week later (late) with the 5th wheel rails cut out of the bed - no warning that would happen (or notice that they needed to come out) and no effort made to keep it in one piece. Called and was offered no way of making it right after bad communication from the get go. 0/10 experience.

I had the worst experience of any auto shop/mechanic here. When I picked up my car from a collision my hood latch no longer worked, after they did front end repair. They argued either I didn’t tell them it was broken after the collision, or that I did it in the 12 hours I had the car before noticing given they denied any responsibility. Saying I didn’t mention it is extremely concerning given it was in a front end collision.
